Vegeta asks Piccolo to switch with him which Beerus permits as Piccolo had done a good job. When their match has been stopped by Whis, Beerus suggests and orders Whis to send them to "that place" to get stronger.
Beerus is eating the sundae when he is pointed out by Frieza, who is shocked to see him. While Beerus dislike evil beings, he has no problem with using them, as shown by his relationship with Frieza whom Beerus allowed to maintain a vast galactic empire and even act as Beerus' agent of destruction. Toei went on to state Beerus killing Zamasu split the main timeline in half.In the manga Universal Survival Saga, when irritated by the Oracle Fish declaring that in time Goku and Vegeta will each become true rivals for Beerus, the Destroyer decided to spar with Vegeta. The Time Patrol manage to stop Goku Black and Future Zamasu from altering history through their misuse of the Time Rings to ensure the success of the Project Zero Mortals. Goku comes back and tells Beerus that Super Saiyan God hasn't reached its limits yet, and he has more power to show. Hearing this, Goku leaves Monaka alone for the moment which has Beerus relieved. Beerus makes the wish with the Beerus with Trunks and Bulma talking about Future TrunksBeerus along with Whis, Goku and Vegeta, are eating ramen on Beerus' planet when Whis gets a distress call from Bulma, informing Goku and Vegeta of Future Trunks' return. He, however, lets it slide because they're brothers. When Beerus goes catatonic upon hearing Goku call Zeno "Zenny"Beerus and Whis then appear on Earth with Shin to tell Goku and the others about Zamasu visiting After their conversation, the Universe 7 group pretend to leave Universe 10, but stop after some distance, talking about Zamasu's obvious killing intent. Beerus and Champa above Earth with their attendants in As a God of Destruction, Beerus usually uses his power to destroy planets and its inhabitants,When Beerus fights against Goku on King Kai's planet, he is able to casually evade and/or block all of Goku's attacks even at Super Saiyan 3. There, Whis transports Dende and the injured Dragon Team warriors away from the battlefield. Instead of being mad at Krillin after Goku bring Master Roshi back to life Beerus instead politely asks Krillin what was his name again, uncharacteristically showing respect to Master Roshi. The collision of the two attacks creates a Beerus Ball. The Future Warrior returns to the Time Nest where Chronoa reveals Goku defeated Hit resulting in Team Universe 7's victory. Beerus questions Goku and King Kai about the Super Saiyan God. The first round is between Goku and Universe 6's Beerus continuously gets teased by Champa because Champa winning and Beerus is losing. Beerus tells Goku tell he regrets being obsessed with the prophecy of the Super Saiyan God. Whis asks to have some as well and asks if there is any more, causing Chronoa to explain she made a lot of pudding, causing Whis to immediately stop reaching for a cup when he realizes it was made by Chronoa, who's poor cooking skills are apparently well-known to him. Beerus is shown to be more mature than Champa who is more childish and tends to throw temper tantrums, though they both are gourmets who enjoy a good meal, though Champa tends to favor sweet foods, which Beerus finds childish. Upon meeting Future Trunks, Beerus realizes that he is a Trunks from the future, and he and Whis deduce that the humans have been manipulating time, calling it a serious offense. Later on, Beerus is again awed at Goku attaining Ultra Instinct -Sign- once more, although he is apparently miffed at Goku's ability to reactivate it.
Beerus is tired of fighting Goku and sends him off into space. In the manga, even after having his power sealed by Tokitoki, a singer beam from Beerus was able to force Super Saiyan God Xeno Trunks to use everything he had to shift it's trajectory and he proved to be able to outmatch Super Saiyan Blue Goku and defeat him with a flick to the head. Another trait of Beerus is that he will destroy things on a whim. Vegeta tells Cabba to test his newfound power of the Future Warrior as Vegeta transforms into Future Trunks guesses that Monaka is a weakling and Elder Kai reveals it was a fabrication created by Beerus to get Goku and Vegeta to train harder, though Elder Kai notes that such deception is a bad habit for a god. After Roshi willingly drops out a few minutes later, Beerus again shows an unusual level of respect for the old man, even calling him by his full name and title. When Beerus finally attack, a simple finger flick launched Goku across the entire planet. They start throwing punches and kicks at each other. Whis tells him to get up and he says he will sing with a microphone if Beerus keeps sleeping. Beerus is pleased by the news and says they will go in after Piccolo. When Beerus is having his meal on the planet he finds that the drink they have given him is poisoned - though this does nothing to the god - the insectoids then attempt to attack Beerus with their crossbows, but he easily destroys the entire planet with On the way back to his planet, Beerus continues to remember the name of the figure and starts to want something sweet for thinking so long. Vados however interjects and reminds everyone that the warrior must pass the written exam which was a requirement suggested by Vegeta of Team Universe 7 thus Beerus has little recourse but to have the warrior take the exam which Elder Kai admits slipped his mind which Chronoa admonishes him for as he was present during the original history as a spectator along with Shin, Kibito, Fuwa, and Fuwa's Attendant. Vados points out the faults in her God of Destruction as well.
