I have almost the same specs. I've updated drivers, ensured my RAM is running in the correct XMP, changed in game settings. I use Nvidia Game Filter to sharpen everything to look a bit nicer at those low settings.I also use Razer Cortex to free up RAM and make sure everything in the background is closed.
